In 2017, William T. Nolan started the Infra-Bk, LLC whose purpose is to establish the Infrastructure Bank for America, Inc. (IBA) as a trillion-dollar wholesale bank to finance US infrastructure.
Mr. Arata is a Managing Director of Devonshire, oversees Devonshire’s New Orleans office and is responsible for due diligence activities and the development of financial models and operating pro-formas. Mr. Arata has also helped to design and develop sophisticated Financial Modeling software that automates much of the process of building financials for startup companies or business expansions.
J. Patrick Cave is the former founder and managing partner of The Cypress Group. In an independent study in business school, Pat developed a view that the corporate strategy consulting firms did a poor job of measuring legislative and regulatory risk, and that the “Influence Industry,” namely lobbying and public relations firms, lacked the formal business training to advise their clients well. The Cypress Group grew from that view, and today, is a strategic advisory firm that advises clients on public policy risk and opportunity.
Robert Rosenberg joined Devonshire in 2013 as Advisor after a most distinguished legal career specialized in insolvency and corporate reorganization. He was the Global Co-Head of the Insolvency Practice Group at Latham & Watkins from 1985 to 2008 and Partner until his retirement in 2012.
